ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of International House of Pancakes, LLC ("Sponsor"), and its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, employees, directors, officers and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling or child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
ENTRY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins on August 4, 2025 at 8:00AM local time and ends on August 4, 2025 at 11:59PM local time (“Entry Period”).

Only entries submitted via the methods above are eligible. Entries submitted via any other method, will NOT be accepted. Entries must be received before last person arrives in line. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person allowed. Eligibility of individual entries will be at the sole discretion of Sponsor, for any reason or for no reason.
Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.
PRIZE: 25 winners will be selected from each Participating Restaurant on the day of the event and will each receive 1 single-use promotional coupon entitling winner to 1 order of IHOP’s Luxe Dubai Chocolate Pancakes. Terms and conditions apply to the prize. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prize must be redeemed on date of issuance at the Participating Restaurant where the prize was received. Prize has no cash value, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES, AND ANY OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES, ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNERS.
Cumulative ARV of all Prizes: $8,300
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, if applicable, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize they receive.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: To win, be one of the first 25 eligible entrants in line at one of the Participating Restaurants during the Entry Period. Sponsor reserves the right to determine eligibility and may disqualify any entrant for any reason.
Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entrants in line at a Participating Restaurant.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Giveaway. Winners will be notified upon arrival on the day of the event and will be presented a promotional coupon card as a prize.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects relating to this giveaway; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant's participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize (or portion thereof), including any/all travel/activity related thereto; and (c) to the use of his/her name, address (city and state), voice, performance, photograph, image and/or other likeness for programming, advertising, publicity, trade and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, undeliverable, destroyed, garbled, postage-due, illegible, inaccurate, delayed or stolen entries or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether typographical, human mechanical, electronic, computer, network, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries or mail, the announcement of the prize or in any Giveaway-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading materials from or use of the Sponsor’s website. Sponsor may disqualify anyone from participating in the Giveaway or winning the prize (and void all associated entries) if, in its sole discretion, it determines that such person is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor's representatives. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend any portion of the Giveaway for any reason, including should any cause corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Giveaway.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Giveaway, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of JAMS and held in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the procedural rules for commercial disputes set forth in the comprehensive arbitration rules and procedures of JAMS; (2) California law, consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act, shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California, USA.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE GIVEAWAY, OR ANY AWARD AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, (IF ANY), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; AND 3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
