      Is delivery available in my area?

      To determine if your IHOP delivers, click on the "Order Now" button. We will verify your address for delivery. If delivery is not yet available in your area, pick up is available.

      Is there a minimum amount I have to spend to place an order for delivery?

      Restaurants may require a minimum order amount for delivery. There’s never a minimum for pickup orders. Keep in mind that delivery fees, tax, and tip don’t apply to order minimums.

      Is the delivery charge passed through as a tip to my driver?

      Delivery charges are not paid as a tip to the driver. Tipping is not required but always appreciated by your delivery driver.

      What are the delivery hours?

      Delivery is typically available 30 minutes after we open and up to 30 minutes prior to closing. Delivery hours may vary per restaurant.

      My local IHOP offers delivery but doesn’t deliver to my address

      Delivery is available in select locations and within an approximate 10-minute drive time of the restaurant.

      What if my delivery order is late?

      If your delivery order is late, please contact the restaurant directly. You can find the restaurant's phone number via our "Locations" tab or on the receipt we emailed to you.

      How do I edit, change, or cancel my order?

      If you ordered from our app or website, please contact the restaurant directly and ask to speak to the manager. If the order was placed through our delivery providers (DoorDash, UberEats, Grubhub, Postmates & EZCater), please contact them directly.
