A: PanCoins are IHOP's rewards currency. Members earn PanCoins through eligible IHOP purchases and redeem them for rewards and offers available in the IHOP app or by logging into their accounts on ihop.com.
Q: How do I earn PanCoins from my purchases? 
A: There are two ways to earn PanCoins:
     1. Order through the IHOP app while signed in to your rewards account, and PanCoins will be added automatically.
     2. Scan your receipt barcode or enter the receipt code in the IHOP app or at ihop.com/rewards after your in restaurant purchase.
Q: What can I redeem PanCoins for?
A: PanCoins can be redeemed for rewards and offers available in the Stack Market within the IHOP app or website. Rewards may include menu items, merchandise, experiences, and other promotional offers.
Q: How do I redeem my PanCoins?
A: Redeeming PanCoins is easy:
     1. Open the IHOP app or log in to your account at ihop.com/rewards.
     2. Select a reward in the Stack Market.
     3. Redeem your PanCoins to receive a one-time coupon in your Rewards Wallet.
     4. Present the code to your server or apply it during online checkout.
Q: What should I do if I didn't earn PanCoins on my last order?
A: If your PanCoins are missing or you have questions about your rewards account, please contact our Guest Relations Team for assistance. Please note it might take up to 24 hours to deposit your PanCoins.
Q: Is there a birthday reward?
A: Yes. IHOP Rewards members automatically receive 5 PanCoins on the first day of their birthday month.
Q: How do I earn PanCoins?
A: For every $5 you spend, you will earn 1 PanCoin in your International Bank of Pancakes account. You can earn PanCoins when dining at IHOP or ordering directly through our app or ihop.com. Orders made through DoorDash or other delivery providers will not earn PanCoins.
Q: Will my rewards expire?
A: Yes. Unused PanCoins expire one year after they are earned. Rewards redeemed with PanCoins will remain in your Rewards Wallet for up to one year if they are not used.
Q: What if I have a concern about my expired PanCoins?
A: If you have questions or concerns about expired PanCoins, please contact our Guest Relations Team.

Q: How long does it take for PanCoins to appear in my account?
A: PanCoins earned through eligible purchases are typically added to your account within 24 hours after the transaction is completed. If your PanCoins do not appear, please contact our Guest Relations Team.
Q: Can I earn PanCoins on delivery orders?
A: PanCoins can be earned on delivery orders placed directly through the IHOP app or ihop.com. Orders placed through third-party delivery providers, including DoorDash, are not eligible to earn PanCoins.
