IHOP® Appoints Nathan Casey As Executive Director Of CRM
Glendale, Calif., October 6, 2020 – IHOP® today announced the newest member of its growing team, naming Nathan Casey to the position of Executive Director of CRM. In this role, Casey will be responsible for leading the strategy, development and execution of CRM initiatives including data strategy, analytics and reporting. Furthermore, he will oversee key customer journeys and reactivation initiatives to build retention and foster guest loyalty; identify enhancements across digital consumer touchpoints and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and develop implementation roadmaps; and drive continued development of IHOP’s mobile app.

Casey brings nearly two decades of professional experience to IHOP, including eight years in senior management positions designing, implementing and managing loyalty and CRM initiatives. Prior to joining IHOP, Casey has been responsible for the development and implementation of leading loyalty programs and CRM strategies at Starbucks, Eddie Bauer and McDonalds.
Casey’s arrival at IHOP marks the latest in a string of exciting staffing updates from the iconic chain. In September, the brand announced the promotion of Dale Wilson to Vice President of Consumer Insights, as well as the addition of Candice Jacobson to the role of Director of Brand Communications.
