Term: 10 years
The opening training support team of a Full-Expression IHOP is typically made up of seven trainers, of which 4 are provided by IHOP at no additional cost. Additional trainers will be provided by IHOP at a cost of $5,500 each.
The training team will provide training assistance for a period of 2 to 3 weeks between 1 week prior to opening and up to 2 weeks after the opening of the Restaurant. Additionally, you will receive training and ongoing restaurant operations support from our team once opened and afterwards. Furthermore, you will receive detailed manuals and guidance to help you achieve high quality and consistent operations.
