Restaurant Support Center
Based in Glendale, California the IHOP Restaurant Support Center (RSC) is dedicated to providing our franchisees and restaurant operators with the support they need to ensure a great guest experience on every visit. The Restaurant Support Center is staffed by professionals in the fields of Accounting, Communications, Development, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, Training and Research & Development. Field
Our field support team is made up of those employees that are at the core of daily support for our franchisees. In order to be close to our franchisees, positions are geographically dispersed across the country. Primary opportunities exist for Operations, Training or Marketing professionals. Our Franchise Business Consultants, Field Trainers and Regional Marketing Managers serve our franchisees as experts in key business areas. They also act as our franchisees’ primary conduit to the Restaurant Support Center.
